Organizers
HighTech Europe and Food Micro Systems are European projects to identify potential applications of micro and nanotechnologies in the food industry. They aim to achieve improved transfer of knowledge and results and increase the innovation rate in the food sector. New market opportunities are identified and roadmaps will be developed to facilitate the uptake of new technologies in the sector.
The Dutch Dairy Association (NZO) is the sector organization of the Dutch dairy processing industry. NZO has the objective to strengthen the economic and social position of the Dutch Dairy companies. Specifically, it formulates and communicates industry interests vis-à-vis (inter)national dairy policy, provides information on the role of dairy products in the diet and promotes sustainable dairy production and safe products.
